Manufacturer’s Description
The Arsenal Inc. SAM7K is a semiauto, AK-style pistol chambered in 7.62x39mm. Arsenal says the receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria, and that internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the five-ton hammer-forging process.
Other features include:
- A short gas system;
- a front sight block/gas block combination;
- a 10.5″, chrome lined, hammer forged barrel;
- a black polymer pistol grip made to work with an ambidextrous safety lever;
- a peep rear sight; and
- a scope rail.
Arsenal Inc. also offers a model that includes a tactical, mil-spec black polymer, lower handguard with flash light. The light runs on two 3V lithium batteries (CR 123 ASL).
These guns come with one five-round magazine, a sling, an oil bottle and a cleaning kit.
Note: K-VAR imports the SAM7K into the United States.
