Manufacturer’s Description

Crimson Carry pistols feature Crimson Trace Lasergrips in an exclusive rosewood finish with the classic 1911 double-diamond checkering pattern and the Kimber logo. Lasergrips promote faster shooting, positive target acquisition and are tremendous training aids. Crimson Trace Lasergrips project a bright red dot downrange, an important aid in training. Reading the dot immediately shows the advantage of proper grip and trigger control, which can dramatically improve accuracy and reduce time between shots for any level of shooter.

Custom touches include a recessed slide stop pin and elegant two-tone non-reflective finish. Crimson Carry frames are machined from solid bricks of premium aluminum-dramatically reducing weight for easier carry. Match grade triggers break crisp and clean. Kimber pistols are enhanced with custom features like an extended thumb safety lever with deep serrations for positive grip and Commander-style hammers that will not cut or snag.

The Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II is chambered in .45 ACP.

  1. Fantastic gun.
Never had a feed failure or for that matter any kind of failure.
Great carry gun, easily concealable, lightweight.
The bull barrel controls muzzle flip to being equal to my P15-45 and less than most steel single stack guns, making target reaquisition very rapid.
The laser sight is a great low light addition, it’s good in low light but not very visible in bright sunlight.
The sights are all black with no markings at all.
The accuracy is very good, at 35 feet (laser parallax distance) it will print sub 3 inch patterns all day.
It does what a good carry weapon should, functions reliably, sights rapidly and carries easily.
