Manufacturer’s Description

Para‘s LDA Officer is a 1911-style semiauto pistol built on an aluminum frame and chambered in .45 ACP or 9mm. Other features include:

• Para’s LDA (Light Double Action) trigger system, which is double-action-only with a pivoting trigger so you can carry it hammer-down. The safety blocks the hammer and disconnects the trigger.
• a 3″ stainless steel match grade barrel;
• 25 LPI checkering on the mainspring housing;
• Trijicon night sights;
• a beavertail grip safety;
• a black Ionbond finish;
• VZ Gator Back grips (Crimson Trace Lasergrips are also available); and
• two flush seven- or nine-round magazines.

Para says this pistol will be available in the second quarter of 2013.
