Manufacturer’s Description

SIG Sauer’s 1911 Carry Scorpion is chambered in .45 ACP and built on a full-size stainless steel frame with a shortened stainless steel slide. The Carry’s slide and barrel measure 1″ shorter than SIG’s full-size Scorpion.

The Carry Scorpion sports a desert tan Cerakote finish and Hogue’s Magwell Grip Set, which combines grip plates and the main spring housing in an integrated magazine well extension that promotes rapid magazine changes.¬†Manufactured from G10, the Magwell Grips provide strength and light weight, and they feature Hogue’s Piranha texture for retention and a multi-layer green and black pattern.

Other features include a 5 lb. SAO trigger, an eight-round magazine and low-profile SIGLITE night sights.

  1. I purchased this gun to replace my S&W Model 39 9mm that I’ve owned for 20yrs. I am a woman and a new range gun. Right out of the box I was pleased, less kick then our model 96 Beretta .40 cal. This pistol has had no miss fires 2500 rounds and I usually shoot 150-300 per session. The trigger pull is so short and smooth I replaced my S&W MP Shield carry with the Sig Ultra 3.3 inch barrel for my carry gun. Thanks Sig I’m Happy!
