Manufacturer’s Description
STI‘s Hex Tactical SS is a single-stack 1911 pistol built on a steel frame with a steel slide, and chambered in 9mm or .45 ACP. You can get it with either a 4″ slide and barrel, or a 5″ slide and barrel (both with a bushing).
Other features include:
- Hexagon-pattern grip knobs on the slide, fore and aft;
- a triangular-to-flat shaped slide top;
The Hex Tactical SS with the 5″ barrel/slide.
- a dovetailed ledge-style rear sight;
- a dovetailed fiber optic front sight;
- an accessory rail;
- a lowered and flared ejection port;
- an ambidextrous thumb safety;
- grip bumps on the front strap;
- backstrap checkering;
- VZ Alien black grips;
- a flared, extended and narrow magwell;
- a black cerakote finish on the frame and slide;
- and one magazine.
